I’m using large photo files, why do my pictures appear blurry?
For the sake of a quick and easy customization process, our book builder shows you a downsized version while saving the full size in your actual product.
How Long will my photo book take to make?
Creating quality custom gifts takes time. Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9a – 5p, EST.
All photo books take 3-4 business days for production plus shipping time.
Why am I getting a resolution warning?
Photos that do not meet our minimum suggested Image resolution will prompt a warning. Image resolution refers to the size of an image measured in pixels (picture elements). Picture quality is the image’s representation of details that are stored within those pixels. The more detail within the pixels, the better the quality of the photos’ appearance.
Can I see a proof prior to print?
Yes! Please email support@pinholepress.com BEFORE you place your order, and we will happily provide you with a proof of your photo book
