One of the hardest parts of growing up is saying goodbye to friends when our lives take us in different directions. After college, my two roommates and I pursued different careers on separate coasts. We said farewell to the glory days and began our individual “real world” adventures. We promised each other that every year we’d plan a trip to recall our college years and form new memories.
This year, we met up in Colorado to hike the Rocky Mountains, stir up some delicious meals and enjoy some fine wine together. And, of course, we took TONS of pictures.
These photos proved to be the perfect foundation for their Christmas gifts – easel desk calendars with pictures from our Colorado adventure. Now we can enjoy each other’s company year-round and recall these fun memories as we’re sitting at our respective desks on opposite coastlines.

Forget the girlfriend…this would just be great to have as a desktop calendar! Plus, not so sure the wife would be happy with a “girlfriend” on it!
