With tinsel on the tree and snow outside, there’s nothing better than snuggling up with a good book and a cup of hot cocoa with a peppermint spoon.
Personalizing a store bought tin of hot chocolate is easy, just cover with wrapping paper and stick on a label. I ordered these cute ones from Pinhole Press. For the peppermint spoons, melt white chocolate over a double boiler than stir in crushed up candy cane. While the chocolate is still hot, dip in wooden spoons than let dry on a piece of wax paper. Wait until the chocolate hardens to package up and deliver. A perfect little gift for neighbors.
